Sitemap Page Generator Application

We have added an application to easily generate a site map page (not to be confused with sitemap.xml, which cms-logic also generates). The site map page can be added to any navigation tree and will help users find links that may not be obvious on the site.
Features Include:
- Create a custom title and header content
- Select any navigation tree to output in its unabridged form
- Create a custom sitemap by simply adding another navigation tree that contains the needed links
